Step 4 – Final Cleaning Service
Boston College is issuing a $500 fine to every student who does not leave their bedroom or common room in a “broom swept clean” state as defined by Boston College. Our final cleaning service is comprehensive for the entire suite and includes removing all trash and unwanted furniture, as well as broom sweeping and cleaning to BC’s requirements. Let Piece By Piece handle the “dirty work” so you and your roommates can leave for summer vacation without worrying about those broken futons, stained sofas, taking out the trash, scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming, or any other cleaning.

**Be aware that after you sign up for final cleaning/trash removal service, any and all items left in your room after the last person has checked out with ResLife will be considered trash, and will be thrown away. Also please note that additional fines and penalties may be incurred for room damage. Because we are offering a flat rate per suite, it is the student’s responsibility to make payment arrangements to split the cost with his or her suitemates.**

Residences considered “traditional” are single room suites typically located on Upper Campus, Newton Campus, College Road, as well as 66 Commonwealth Ave and Greycliff. If you don’t see your style of room, please email us your residence hall and room number, and we will let you know which option best suits your needs.
Please note that there is a flat rate per suite, there is no need to sign up more than once if both you and your roommate(s) wish to utilize the service. Please designate one person to sign up on behalf of the entire suite.
